- 2. Selects merchandise
- 3. Reaches checkout page
- 4. Selects gift card as a mode for payment
- 5. Submits gift card details
- 6. Clicks redemption button
- 7. System validates the card and available balance
- 8. And prompts to customers on redemption
- 9. Customers choose redemption
- 10. Receives confirmation of redemption and total invoice value gets adjusted with redeemed value
- 11. In case of the total bill value goes higher than redeemed value, customer is requested to opt for other mode
- of payment like credit / debit / UPI etc. for balance payment.
