- Woohoo Gift of Giving and all the assosiated elements are registered trademarks of Qwikcilver Solutions Pvt Ltd, Bangalore. None of the elements may be used or reproduced by any individual or entity, without the prior consent of Qwikcilver Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
- This program starts from 27 Oct 2017 and will be live till 31 Dec 2017.
- By proceeding to donate to the NGO, you do so at your own risk and expressly waive any and all claims, rights of action and/or remedies (under law or otherwise) that you may have against Qwikcilver arising out of or in connection with the aforesaid transaction.
- Qwikcilver only facilitates the contribution to the NGO and Qwikcilver expressly disclaims any and all liability and assumes no responsibility whatsoever for consequences resulting from any actions or inactions of the NGO.
- Contribution once initiated shall not be refunded.

- For all contribution above Rs 250 tax exemption certificate may be provided by the respective NGO. Qwikcilver will provide your contact details with the NGO for them to issue the tax exemption certificate. Certificates for eligible contributions will be generated only post conclusion of the program on 31st Dec 2017
